AuthDuty Terms of Service
We provide identity verification services, leveraging Stripe Verify to ensure the authenticity of user identities through government-issued IDs and selfie photos. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AuthDuty, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Use of Service
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use AuthDuty.
- License to Use: AuthDuty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AuthDuty services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these terms.

5. Third-Party Services
AuthDuty uses Stripe Verify for identity verification. Your use of Stripe Verify is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

Your privacy is important to us. AuthDuty's Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the privacy policy carefully for information relating to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
7. Modification of Terms
AuthDuty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
