Promo Codes

Promo codes let you add free credits to your team's balance. You might receive one from our team, a partner, or during a special promotion.

Redeeming a Promo Code

1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
2. Find the Promo Code section.
3. Enter your code and click Redeem.
4. The credits will be added to your team balance immediately.

Things to Know

• Each promo code can only be used once per team.
• Promo codes have expiration dates - check the terms that came with your code.
• Some codes have a limited number of total redemptions.
• Credits from promo codes work exactly like purchased credits - they're used for verification cases.
